Zoe Purvis

I graduated from the 3000 hour RMT program at OVCMT in 2012. With a passion for whole-body wellness, my treatments are designed to treat each individual’s specific needs. Using modalities ranging from Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Pre and Postnatal Massage, and Deep tissue, each treatment will be tailored to suit you and your body. I completed my 200 HR Yoga teacher training  in 2019 and I enjoy incorporating a variety of beneficial stretches, and mind-body connection for clients to use at home to increase and improve their healing time, and their general well being.

I  love to spend my free time outdoors. My love of sports and exercise has helped me to appreciate the body and how it functions, which has led me to a career in helping others find balance, pain relief, and general wellness in their day to day lives.
